Heidi Erdmann attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa where she received a BA in Psychology. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where she earned her Masters in Counseling and Guidance. She has been an elementary counselor with the Auburn School District since 1985. She has also been an adjunct faculty member for the Counselor Ed. Dept. at UPS. She specializes in facilitating counseling groups and working with Native American students. She works at Terminal Park Elementary half time and is at Auburn High School all day on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. This year she will be providing additional counseling support to students by facilitating a variety of groups, meeting with at-risk students, and providing some developmental guidance instruction.
