Auburn Mountainview High School DECA Students to Support Donate Life Campaign
Every day 18 people die on the waiting list due to the shortage of organ donors.
On Saturday, November 28, Auburn Mountainview High School will host an organ registry drive at the Auburn Public Library from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All Auburn-area students and community members are encouraged to sign up to donate the day of the event.
Auburn Mountainview High School DECA students Emily Ness, Maggie Henderson and Monica Trainor kicked off the campaign on September 23. They are educating their classmates and community on what is organ donation and hope to increase organ donation participation by providing an opportunity to sign up during the organ registry drive.
