Do you like to argue? Would you like to become a better, more polished public speaker? Do you care about what is going on in the world? Or, do you just really like to hang out and antagonize Mrs. Bowler? If any of these questions describe you; take Debate second semester. Debate 2 is an upper level class and a Senior English Elective that counts for both a graduation requirement as well as entrance to four-year universities. If you are interested stop by room 202 and speak to Mrs. Bowler.  Don’t’ wait as spots are limited!

Order your class of 2015 t-shirt or sweatshirt by Monday at the bookkeepers office to  arrive for pick up before December Break! These are the senior shirts with all the student names on the back.

Running start members who are interested in joining National Honor Society but are unable to make it to the regular lunch meetings are invited to meet with officers on Saturdays at 11AM at the Auburn Public Library, starting Nov 22nd.

If you missed the show last weekend, you’re in luck!  Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream continues this weekend, Friday and Saturday night at 7pm and a Saturday matinee at 2pm.   Come experience a twisted tale of love gone wrong, a tamed warrior princess, a group of bad actors and powerful fairies at war with each other.  Strange magical spells and transformations ensue as all of these people meet in the woods on a midsummer night ….only $5 for students.  Support  your Trojan actors!

Late Night is back at Auburn High this Saturday, November 22nd and it’s sure to be a sticky good time as we go to battle in Booger Wars!!! Bring your friends and compete to see who can withstand the boogers!  There will also be a 3-on-3 basketball tournament with pizza prizes and a social media contest.  Don’t miss out!
