NEWSPAPER STAFF (TROY INVOICE)
The newspaper staff publishes eight issues a year that cover the events
and issues that concern AHS students. Students must be responsible,
independent workers who can meet deadlines. Prerequisites: The newspaper
staff needs reporters who have successfully completed the semester-long
Journalistic Writing class. Photographers, cartoonists, and computer
experts are not required to take Journalistic Writing, but must be individually
approved by the Adviser. Costs: None for the class. Students may attend
state and national high school journalism conferences.
