
Archie’s Place is the dining outlet of the Culinary Arts Program that provides the majority of the food consumed on campus by students and staff. Archie’s Place kitchen provides hands-on workplace training for beginning level students under the supervision of a professional staff.
During first and second lunch the daily Meal Deals specials offer four to five complete meal combinations, available for $2.25 ($3.25 adults), and feature Culinary Arts specialties such as French dips. spaghetti with meat sauce and Spanish style rice. Archie’s Place is organized as a cafeteria scramble area with a large salad bar, two hand-made soups, and a wide range of á la carte selections including ---, fries, hot pretzels, custom pizza slices, --- and freshly made rolls and desserts hand-made in our Bake Shop.
The Breakfast Special for $1.00 (1.75 sfi;yd) from 7:30 am
- 8:00 am cycles through Breakfast Cheese and Egg Teasers, French toast sticks,
ham and egg sandwich, cold cereals, and omelets made to order by Culinary Arts
students.
