Café Auburn is staffed by advanced level students who are pursuing a career in the food service business.  The purpose of the Café is to provide genuine work-place training in a white tablecloth restaurant environment teaching cooking to order and table service skills.  In additon to the regular/Sautée menu the Café offers both long-term specials such as the seafood platter, hand-made pizza and quesdillas and short term special items such as fresh roasted turkey with mashed potatoes, dressing and gravy as well as classic club sandwiches in the last part of the Spring Semester.

Restaurant hours are from 10:55 to 12:00 noon.  Pre-orders are recommended.  Menu
