Show & Tell

The students have been very eager to do show and tell.  I have had to convince them to wait patiently until I could create a show and tell schedule!  Your child will always share on the same day of the week.  If he/she forgets the item that day they will not be able to make it up another day; they forfeit their turn for that week.  I will most often assign a theme for show and tell; sometimes they will get a free choice week.  Your student will write the theme on an index card (or small piece of paper.)  Use the opposite side to help your child write three clues about the item chosen.  Remind your child to keep the item in his/her backpack until lunchtime and to turn the index card in to the “apple note holder.”  I will attach the show and tell schedule to this newsletter.  For our first show and tell theme please bring a small object found in nature (rock, leaf, seed, nest, cone, etc.)

Friday—Computer Lab, teaming specialist (right now it’s Mr. Spencer, so they have computer lab a second time!)
