AMHS Scholarship Newsletter
Most scholarships are applied for during the SENIOR year of high school, however, there are a few scholarships available for JUNIORS. The Scholarship Newsletter is constantly being updated and the online version is always the most current view. Note also that the scholarships are listed according to deadline dates.

Unusual Scholarships
A compilation of interesting, esoteric and unusual scholarships such as the Left-handed Scholarship, skateboarders with at least a 2.5 GPA, scholarships for twins, Tall people, little people, obese people, students with creative minds, surfers, etc.
WUE (Western Undergraduate Exchange)
- Through WUE, students in western states may enroll in many two-year and four-year college programs at a reduced tuition level: 150 percent of the institution's regular resident tuition. WUE tuition is considerably less than nonresident tuition. A student enrolled at a four-year WUE institution saved an average of $3,300, and a student enrolled at a four-year WUE institution saved an average of $6,200.
