Auburn High School Music Students Qualify for the WMEA State Solo and Ensemble Contest

Several students from Auburn High School have qualified for the Washington Music Educators Association (WMEA) State Solo and Ensemble Contest to be held on April 27-28 at Central Washington University.

State Ensemble performances include: Trumpet Duet with Derek Schillaci and Jesse Butterfield and Women’s Large Ensemble with Lindsey Anderson, Kahlani Badeaux, Stefanie Burger, Bailey Goranson, Amanda Johnson, Erin Lantz, Katy Leslie, Jaquelyn Osborne, Lauren Rees, Michelle Schuller, Alyssa Ulrich and April Whale.

State Soloists include: Erin Williams, Tenor Saxophone; April Whale, Soprano; Jesse Butterfield, Trumpet; Thaddeus Wilson, Tenor; Emily Golan, Violin; Jordan Dusek, Oboe; and Bailey Goranson, Soprano.
