Auburn School District Announces
Two Administrative Appointments

Auburn School District has announced two administrative appointments for the 2008-09 school year.

Dennis Grad, currently principal at Cascade Middle School, has been appointed to the position of director of transportation. Mr. Grad has been an elementary principal and middle school principal. He will bring this experience as well as his leadership skills to the transportation position.

Isaiah Johnson, currently the assistant principal at Mt. Baker Middle School, has been appointed to the position of principal at Cascade Middle School. Mr. Johnson is an experienced mid-level educator with excellent skills in both discipline and instructional leadership, and will provide outstanding support and leadership to the Cascade community. Mr. Johnson was recognized as the South King County Region Assistant Principal of the Year during the 2006-07 school year.
