1996: 1st Season- No Senior Class 5-15 Overall; 3-12 League Play
The first Raven team fought hard all season. There were many highlights: Malcom Addis, pitcher, earned the teams first post-season award by being named honorable mention; in mid-season the Ravens beat a playoff teaml the Ravens lost six one-run games. Catcher Tim Rice, Captain, led the team as a great role model both on and off the field.

1997 2nd Season 12-8; 8-6 League

Getting off to a fast start, the Ravens were ranked #9 in the state for a short while. However, a tough slide of one-run losses at the end of the season left the team out of the playoffs and in fourth place. There were many great individual efforts that were rewarded with all league honnors and college scholarship opportunities. (See team record and awards)

1998 3rd Season 10-10 Overall; 8-8 League

Fifth place for the Ravens. The Ravens played inconsistent team baseball, but the season was highlighted by great individual effort of Mitch Eaden, league hitting champion. Mitch, the Ravens 3rd baseman, had at least 2 hits in every game except for one. Pitcher Curtis Hagen and Troy Rothermel carried the load on the mound. Brett Thompson, Nolan Antonoff; Ryan Tsujikawa and Josh Celigoy all had excellent seasons. Mitch Eaden was 2nd team; Josh Celigoy recieved Honnorable Mention.

1999 4th Season 14-6 Overall;12-3 League play
SPSL North Division Championsl SPSL LEague Champions;5th in state

The Ravens played consistent baseball through the season and was lead by Riverside's first All-State player, Ryan Tsujikawa. Ryan had a 10-1 record. The Ravens overall effort proved to be powerful. All-league players: Josh Cligoy (HM) 3b; Brett Thompson (HM) 1st B; Nolan Antonoff (1st Team) 2nd b; Eric Chevalier (2nd Team) OF; Will Robins (HM) ss; Nathan Repass (HM) P.

2000 5th Season 12-8 Overall; 8-8 League play. 5th in league.

Playing hard but not consistent enough, the Ravens placed 5th in the league. There were some outstanding individual efforts: Eric Chevalier, CF, was named all-league and became the Ravens' second All-State player; Nathan Repass and Willie Robins were named first team players.

2001 6th Season. 9-7 league play; 13-9 overall.
SPSL Playoffs, 4th in league. West Central District Playoffs, lost in 2nd rd.

Backed by a strong season from Garry Savas, Tyler Jacobson, Matt Schoos and Nathan Repass, the Ravens made back to the league playoffs and state district playoffs. Repass became the ledaer of the most Raven pitching records with a strong season of innings pitched and complete games. He virtually pitched every key game the Ravens needed to win. Jacobson hit six home runs in the year...three in one game! Savas kept all runners at first base, one of the best catchers in the league in a long while. Schoos, a second baseman, hot with power and played great defense. All of the above mentioned players were first team all-league.

2002 7th Season, 10-10, 8-8 League

Tyler Jacobson led the Ravens with steller defensive play and was honnored by being drafted by the Boston Red Sox. Mike Gilbert was strong defensively and recieved an offer to play at Edmonds C.C. Mike Gibson was the workhorse on the mound. He wanted the ball every game and proved to be one of the most durable players in Raven history.

2003 8th Season 10-9 overall; 7-9 League

An injury plagued season with eight different starting lineups and inconsistent play. Many players had good seasons, just not on a consistent basis. Many players had great games- we just could not put it all together.

2004 5-15 Overall; 3-13 league play

2004 Season was disappointing and frustrating for the Ravens. Individual goals were not met, and the team suffered seven run losses, most of the losses in the last inning. Junior pitcher, Stephen Foster One, and senior pitcher, Nick Ladas, pitched well, but did not get the rewards of recording victories for the team. The team also suffered setbacks due to suspensions and inconsistent play. Individually, Brian Alexander had a good season despite not having played since he was a sophmore due to several knee injuries

2005 Season 7-9 League Play; 9-11 Overall. 6th place.

The injury bug hit the Ravens hard all year long and did not produce enough offense. Senior pitchers Stephen Foster and Brian Gayett led the Ravens to a quick 4-1 start, but both got injured at the same time. Senior Evan Lakin picked up the pitching load and kept the Ravens competitive the rest of the season. Seniors Chris Adams, Josh Allen, Adam Daniels, and Conner Keaton provided leadership, positive encouragement and consistency for the Ravens. Senior Eric Stephens also contributed on the mound. Junior catcher Kyle Jones, and Junior 3b Paul Burris both had a very solid season as first year varsity players.

2006 Season 9-7 League Play; 12-9 Overall.

Lost in League playoffs the breaker series

The Ravens got off to a great start 5-1 by playing consistent baseball. Junior Matt Renner was solid all year long on the mound and also provided the good offensive production. Junior Ian Post also provided good starting pitching, Senior shortstop Danny Allen, 2nd team all league had a great year at the plate and in the field.
Seniors Kyles Jones, Brad Comstock, Marcus Walker, Jason White, and Seniors Taylor Lakin and Paul Burris had solid years as our first and third basemen. Senior Jason White also contributed on the mound.

2007 season League playoffs 9-7 13-10 Overall
League playoffs 3rd place- West Central District Playoffs

The Ravens had another good year paced by the all state performance of senior pitcher/outfielder Matt Renner. Renner hit .514 with three home runs and was a shut down pitcher all year long. Senior Ian Post also had a great year picking up the wins and innings Renner could not pitch.

Jr. pitchers Kyle Smith and Mario Marchitto also pitched exceptionally well displaying toughness and endurance.

Jr. Infielders Zack Gagnon and Josh Hudson were all-league performers and were extremely consistent offensively and defensively.

First year starters Scott Shuman, Kyle Bray, Lucas Garrison, Cameron Fairfield, Ryan Misocky, and Kyle Holtman performed well throughout the season. Freshman Sean Rehon, OF, hit .435 in his call-up to the varsity in the last 10 games.
