Airfare
Purchase Orders should normally be issued for airfare.
For airfare, include all of the necessary flight information from the airline on the purchase requisition. The information should include: the name, address, and phone number of the air carrier; the destination; the dates of the flight; the names of the passengers; and the airfare including tax. Submit the purchase requisition to purchasing according to current purchasing procedures. When the purchase order is issued, purchasing will provide you with the appropriate instructions for your flight.
