Lodging
Purchase Orders should normally be issued for lodging.
For lodging, include all of the necessary room
reservation information on the purchase requisition. This information
should include: the name, address, and phone number of your hotel; the
dates of your stay; the names of your roommates; the name and phone number of
your hotel contact; the room rate including tax; and smoking preference.
Submit the purchase requisition to purchasing according to current purchasing
procedures. When the purchase order is issued, purchasing will provide you
with the appropriate instructions for your room.
