OUTDOOR LUNCH CALENDAR AVAILABILITY
The following calendars are to help staff plan for and schedule BBQ grills for open houses and lunch time and evening BBQ events. We have two gas grills available which come with filled tanks. They are large enough to feed up to 600.
Effective November 1, 2007:
There will be a charge of $30 for each use of a propane BBQ grill. The fee is
waived if arrangements are made for a Child Nutrition Staff member to work the
event. This fee covers the cost of propane and depreciation on the grill. When
you e-mail your grill request, please include a budget code for the $30 or send
a check to CNS 1302 4th Street SW, Auburn, WA 98001.
To reserve a gas grill, please contact Child Nutrition Services at (ChildNutrition@auburn.wednet.edu). We will confirm your reservation by return e-mail.
