This week we had our class pictures taken.  The kids were very cute!  We had a lot of children gone in the afternoon.  When everyone is healthy , we will take our own class picture. 

Next Friday is Skating.  We will meet at the AUBURN SKATE CONNECTION at 9:30.  The children get to skate at no charge to you!  Please come!  We will be excited to see you!

We will be starting our Valentine Unit next week.  We have lots of fun projects planned.  The children will exchange cards on Valentines Day.  Click here (AM, PM) for a list of the children in your child’s class . 

This week for “cooking”  we made pineapple kabobs.  The children explored a whole, fresh pineapple.  When they were done, they cut the pineapple into chunks and put in onto toothpicks.  The final treat was dipping the chunks in crunched bran flakes.  It made a very tasty treat. 

We are planning on going to Dream Dinners on March 9th at 10:00.  Mark your calendar.  It should be great fun!

Today for group the children wrote letters and shapes in shaving cream with Robin. 

With Miss Heidi, the children listened to the story, “If You Give A Pig A Pancake”.  Then They got to retell it with story pieces. 

Tami had dot pictures to decorate.  The children practiced their fine motor skills, counting skills and social skills. 

The children are working on listening.  We have been practicing by giving crazy directions and checking to see if they heard the directions.
