Claudia Ortega Wins Voice of Democracy
Essay Competition

Claudia Ortega, an Auburn Riverside High School (ARHS) junior, has won the Voice of Democracy essay competition sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post #1949.  Ms. Ortega will receive a $100 savings bond and her essay has been entered into the VFW district competition.  She is an English Language Learner student at ARHS.
