Erica Sage - ARHS Language Arts Teacher
Completes National Board Certification

Erica Sage, Auburn Riverside High School Language Arts teacher, recently completed her National Board Certification as a classroom teacher. Board certification is a very rigorous process and is only obtained by a select number of teachers annually. National Board certification is a year-long introspective process which includes creating a portfolio of work that documents a teacher’s success in the classroom as evidenced by their students’ learning. The teacher candidates also complete a series of tests designed to measure their knowledge of content.
