Family Opportunity Awards to be Awarded
During Family Week

Six Auburn School District elementary schools will be presenting Family Opportunity Awards to several families that are very involved with their children.  The awards contain tickets and gift certificates for a variety of family-oriented activities such as the White River Historical Museum tours; Auburn Parks and Recreation children’s activities and sports; YMCA family swim nights; and the City of Auburn’s Bravo entertainment series.  These awards are funded by the Auburn Rotary and District 5030 Rotary.  The majority of the awards will be given to the selected families during Family Week, February 22-28.  The participating elementary schools are:  Terminal Park; Pioneer; Washington; Dick Scobee; Gildo Rey, and Chinook.
