Sierra Henderson Recognized by Auburn Rotary
as January Student-of-the-Month

Auburn High School senior, Sierra Henderson, was recognized by the Auburn Rotary as the January Student-of-the-Month.  Ms. Henderson has had an outstanding high school career.  She is an excellent student; a member of her high school’s leadership team, Troy Crew; and a four-year track and soccer player.  She was on the AHS track team that earned first place at state in the four by four relay in 2003.  Ms. Henderson has also played club soccer for ten years.  She has accepted a track scholarship to Toulane University in New Orleans where she will focus on studies in advertising. 

Ms. Henderson was honored as an outstanding student by the Auburn School Board of Directors when she was an eighth grade student at Rainier Middle School.  Her parents are Ernest and Therese Henderson of Auburn.
