AHS and ARHS Students Compete Well
at FBLA Midwest Regional Conference

On Tuesday, February 15, Auburn High School and Auburn Riverside High School students competed very well at the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Midwest Regional conference held at Emerald Downs.

Competing against fellow business education students from eleven area high schools, Auburn Riverside High School students, Kailee Watson outperformed all others in the area of FBLA Principles and Procedures and Gina Topp took second place in the Introduction to Parliamentary Procedures competition.

Auburn High School students earned many awards. Stefanie Burger won fifth place in Introduction to Parliamentary Procedure. Oksana Shcherbina took fifth place in Public Speaking 1 and third place in Creed. Alida Hammond won second place in Public Speaking 2. Senior Mike Mulch walked away with fourth place in Technology Concepts, second place in Networking Concepts, and a first place in Computer Concepts.
