Homework is assigned one of two ways:

1. A packet is given on a Monday or Tuesday that contains all of the week's homework.
2. A single sheet is given on a day by day basis.

Homework is scored two ways :

1. Students correct one sheet per day. If it is a single sheet they turn it in, if it is a packet they turn it all in on Friday.
2. I go through each student's homework and determine if an effort has been made (all the problems are done, their work is show and corrections are made). If an effort has been made then they get the full points (5pts per sheet).

Students have been given a credit card (one per semester). Each quarter students have five passes they can use for late work (or to use the bathroom).

If students choose not to use their pass then the highest grade they can get on an assignment is 50%.
