Please read it, sign it, return it to school, and a yellow copy for you to keep will be sent home as soon as the white signed copy has been returned. You do not need to sign and return the yellow copy. It’s yours to keep. Text Box: Help Needed Please help your student remember to bring his/her folder and backpack to school every day. Also, please check your student’s folder each evening. Important papers are sent home that need your attention. Thank you for your help with this matter. We also began “Walk to Read” this week.  The students are broken up into 8 different flexible groups so that they can receive additional reading instruction at their reading level in smaller groups.  Each group works on skills determined by the teacher to best meet their abilities and needs.  This has proven to be very successful and it has shown to help each student progress to his/her reading level.
