Rewards for Following Our Classroom Rules

1.  An atmosphere that promotes learning

2.  Special recognition from school, principal, teachers and classmates.

3.  Positive praise.

4.  Positive phone calls and notes home.

5.  Attending a celebration called Fun Friday.
 

Consequences For Not Following the Rules

Consequences will follow the school wide discipline plan. 

*Two warnings will result in a Think Time (student must fill out a problem solving sheet in another classroom).

* Two Think Times in one day or a severe behavior problem will result in a detention to be served during lunch recess.

Any student who is assigned detention will have a problem solving plan, which must be signed by a parent before he or she will be allowed to go to recess again.
