Text Box: Science Fair Text Box: Last week, I was able to spend four awesome days at camp with the 5th graders! They each had so much fun, while learning a lot through the outdoor education program. I’m sure that your 5th graders have lots of new songs and stories to share with you! This is a great opportunity that the 4th graders will get to look forward to next year. Also, I was very happy to hear that my 4th graders had an awesome week at school with Ms. Mitchell while I was at camp! Text Box: 5th Grade Camp Text Box: We are having a Science Fair this spring! Your student should have brought home a packet about the science fair a couple of weeks ago. The projects are to be done at home, but each student is responsible for turning in a section of the packet each week. This is part of their homework each week. Homework packets will still be sent home and due on Fridays, however, they will be a little bit smaller so that students have time to work on their science projects. The science fair will be on Friday, June 8th. Parents are welcome to attend the science fair and watch the presentations. The Chinook BBQ will also be held on that day. So come enjoy lunch with your student and see the wonderful projects!
