Boise Creek In the Fall

Our fourth grade classes at Dick Scobee go to Boise Creek in the fall and spring to explore the forest canopy, learn about at nurse log, water fall, and learn about deciduous and conifer trees in our state.  In the fall we just have a half-day to explore and get an introduction to the site.   We come back in the spring, spending an entire day comparing all what we saw in the fall, and also learning about the insects in the water around Boise Creek.
