Dear Band and Orchestra Parents:

I realize how hectic schedules can get. In an effort to give you and your child advanced written notice of most of the events, concerts, festivals, etc., I have listed below an itinerary of the happenings involving the Music Department at Rainier Middle School for the entire year. There may be more events added to this schedule, but these are the dates set so far.

Now, you can help by adding these dates and times to your family calendar. When scheduling family appointments, please try to avoid these dates. If conflicts exist, see if there are alternatives. If a pre-existing conflict cannot be changed, please provide me with advanced written notice as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.

September 19th, 2008 - Friday

October 23rd, 2008 - Thursday

Pep assemblies will have performances by the band classes but were not placed on this schedule since they haven’t been set up at this time of publication. They will be added to updated itineraries.
