Board Meetings: •Held third Tuesday of each month
• Attendees: elected officers, committee chairmen, and school admin. rep.
• Chairmen present ideas and budget needs from their committee for approval
• Committees report on progress, ask for input, and get expenditures approved
• Any one may attend, however, only paid members may vote.
General Membership Meetings: • Held after board meetings with childcare/G-rated movie entertainment
• Chairpersons update membership on upcoming events and requests for money to be used for reasons not previously approved in the budget are heard and voted upon
• Issues are always discussed before paid members vote on where and how to allocate money
• Business portion of the meeting may be followed up by a special presentation or speaker of interest
