We read the story Lets Talk About Being Bullied. We discussed many of the ideas presented in the story. We also made a poster showing how we will be respectful to each other and NOT bully others. Ask your child to tell you something he or she can do if he or she feels they are being bullied.

WRITING:
This week we used the writing process to make a class book about things we Text Box: like to do. Each day we worked on a different step in the writing process. We did prewriting, drafting, responding and revising, proofreading, and publishing. Students did a fantastic job asking each other questions that would help their classmates add more information to their sentences.
