Owen Gehrett Selected as Auburn Rotary
Student-of-the-Month for January

Owen Gehrett, Auburn High School senior, has been selected as the Auburn Rotary Student-of-the-Month for January. He was honored at a luncheon held on Wednesday, January 19. Owen is a very well-rounded student who has excelled academically while participating on varsity sports during his four-year high school career. He has been a member of Honor Society for three years; a member of Troy Crew, the freshmen orientation organization; and a member of varsity tennis for four years. As well, he was captain of the varsity tennis team for three years. Last year, he competed at state in doubles tennis and will be competing this year in singles tennis. Owen has applied to several reputable East Coast colleges and universities.
