Auburn School Board of Director
Celebrates 30 Years of Service to Education
| At the Monday, July 25, Auburn School Board of
Directors meeting, board member, Dr. Therald Leonard, was recognized by the
current board members and past board members for his 30 years of service as
a director. His years of service to public education on the Auburn School
Board is the longest period of service in the state of Washington. Board
members that attended the event to honor Dr. Leonard were Dr. Melvin Sinex;
Donna Foxley; and Richard Kammeyer. Billy Fugate, wife of retired
superintendent, Dr. James Fugate, was in attendance as well.
