Group of ASD Teachers Develop Seminar for Classmates 
and Highlighted on Lesley College's Website

A group of Auburn School District teachers who are pursuing their masters degrees in the Lesley College’s Technology in Education program developed a seminar for classmates as an assignment.  The topic of the seminar focused on computer “Hackers.”  Lesley College chose their assignment to be highlighted on the college webpage because of its excellence.  Their seminar provided useful information about the jargon, legal issues, hacker prevention and the impact of hackers’ activities in a “particularly novel and noteworthy aspect that made it very powerful”.  The Auburn School District teachers are: Stephanie Monroe, Chinook Elementary School; Art Spencer, Chinook Elementary School; Jay Kemp, Mt. Baker Middle School; Jennifer Kemp, Mt. Baker Middle School; and Matt King, Mt.
