Auburn Riverside Students Competed Very Well at
SkillsUSA Leadership and Skill Competitions
Auburn Riverside High School students competed very well at this year’s state
SkillsUSA Leadership and Skill competitions held on Thursday through Saturday,
March 24 through 26. This year’s contests were hosted by Bates Technical College
and local businesses in the Tacoma area.
The following students earned medals:
- Alexis Smith: Gold Medal in American Spirit Notebook
- Brian Bosch: Gold Medal in Electronic Technology
- Dusty Jones: Silver Medal in Electronic Technology
- Bryan Kennedy: Gold Medal in Basic Electronics
- Josh Williams: Silver Medal in Basic Electronics Zak Welsh:
Gold Medal in Culinary Arts
- Keith Richards: Bronze Medal in Extemporaneous Speaking
