Two Fifth Graders Selected for
AAA Safety Patrol Hall of Fame

Jimmy Smith, a Washington Elementary School fifth grader, and Dillon Carson, a Dick Scobee fifth grader, were selected from hundreds of entries across the state to be inducted into the AAA Safety Patrol Hall of Fame. John Markwell, Washington Elementary School teacher, nominated Jimmy and Rachelle Howard, Dick Scobee Elementary School, nominated Dillon. Both students and their families will attend a special awards banquet before the April 22 Seattle Mariners versus Cleveland Indians baseball game at Safeco Field.
