Pioneer Elementary Hosts Astronomy Night

Pioneer Elementary School will have an Astronomy Night on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 with the Tacoma Astronomical Society and Boeing Employees' Astronomical Society.

• 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The Moon – In the Pioneer Gym students will learn about the earth’s nearest neighbor's phases, eclipse, and craters.
• 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Star Gazing, weather permitting

The focus of the event will be to learn about the wonders of the sky.
