Auburn School District Students Win
ACAP Slogan Competition
ACAP Child & Family Services announced the winners of its slogan competition at its fund-raising breakfast on March 17. Alix Martinet from Auburn Mountainview High School was the grand prize winner, delivering a strong slogan: Teaming Up for the Next Generation. Sarah Soldatenkov from Hazelwood Elementary was the primary winner with the slogan: Making Families Together. Stefanie Range, the middle level winner from Mt. Baker, took home honors with the slogan: Let Us Be Your Helping Hand. Jefferson Moore from Auburn Mountainview was the secondary level winner with the slogan: Improving Childrens’ Lives, One By One.
ACAP judged the competition based on the following criteria: slogan states what ACAP is about; slogan does not exceed one sentence; slogan is written in ink or computer generated. Artwork accompanying slogans was required to characterize the slogan’s message.
