ARHS Girls' Track and Boys' Golf Teams Received
WIAA Honor of Having Highest GPAs in State of Washington

 The Auburn Riverside High School girls' track team and the boys' golf team have received the Washington Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) honor of having the highest Grade Point Averages (GPA) in the state of Washington.  The ARHS girls’ track team had a team average GPA of 3.66 and the ARHS boys’ golf team had a team average GPA of 3.70.  This is the seventh year that Auburn Riverside High School’s teams have won this honor.  Previous Auburn Riverside High School recipients of this honor are: boys' tennis (three times); girls’ volleyball; girls’ soccer; and girls’ fastpitch.  Bev Spalding is the Auburn Riverside High School athletic director.
