Auburn Mountainview High School Earns Top Honors at
Washington State Solo and Ensemble Contest

Auburn Mountainview High School’s percussion ensemble competed at the 2007 Washington State Solo and Ensemble Contest in Ellensburg, Washington, on April 25-26.

The Percussion Quintet, with members Aaron Dunham, Daniel O’Neil, Kahla Wood, Hunter Gabriele and Jericho Urmenita, received an Excellence Rating for their performance.

Daniel O’Neil and Aaron Dunham received third place in the state for their Marimba Duet performance.

Aaron Dunham received a Superior Rating for his Snare Drum Solo and third place in the state for his solo on Marimba.
