Keys to Success with Accelerated Reading
60 minutes of in-school TWI reading time. Less time will produce smaller gains.
You must use the Accelerated Reader program to monitor reading success. Each child must reading within his/her own ZPD range (reading level). Each child must use their Reading Log.
Diagnose and Intervene
- Identify students at-risk. You should print out weekly, the at-risk reading log.
- Diagnose the problem, and
- Intervene with the student
