CRAYON: Create Your Own Newspaper helps students create newspapers using preselected Internet sites. Using the forms provided, students select information they want to appear in their newspapers. Sections include national news, world news, weather, business, technology, entertainment, sports, comics, tabloid information, and WWW news.

KidsNews
KidNews, a free news and writing service for students and teachers around the world, provides a great site on which to publish student writing online. Teachers are encourage to submit special student publishing projects, and individual students bay submit news stories, feature stories, reviews, sports stories, creative writing, poetry, or fiction using the online submission form.
