Big6 - Evaluation

There are two steps in evaluation your product. One part is to evaluate the quality or effectiveness of what you created. Was the information accurate, was proper sentence structure, grammar and spelling was adhered to throughout the paper. Could your audience understand what you had done, was it visually appealing, did it persuade people in the way you intended. These are but a few concepts you might use to evaluate the effectiveness of your project.

Another part of the evaluation process would have check to see if you implemented each step in the Big6 Information Problem Solving Model? Did the product you finished with correspond to what you determined it was you were going to do in Task Definition. How well did you brainstorm different resources you might consider using, select the best resources or only those most readily available. How much time did you spend reading, viewing and listening to information, and in creating your final product did you simply repeat the information you acquired or did you write in your own words what you learned and believed as a result of your research.
