Auburn School District Attendance Area
Recommendations Approved with Change

At the Monday, November 8 Auburn School Board of Directors’ meeting, the directors approved the 2005-06 Attendance Area Recommendations made by the Boundary Committee with a minor change. The change will leave an area served by Gildo Rey Elementary School (geo code – GR 4) as part of the attendance area of Auburn Riverside High School. The area’s boundaries are Kersey Way on the east; the Stuck River on the north and west, and the Dieringer School District on the south. The 2005-06 Attendance Area Recommendations had been proposed to the board at the Monday, October 25 board meeting after several months of study by the Boundary Committee which is comprised of community members. The recommendations were also presented to the public at two community meetings.
