Alpac Elementary Girl Scout Troop 2022 to
March in Bon-Macy Thanksgiving Parade

Alpac Elementary School students in Girl Scout Troop 2022 are very excited about marching in the Bon-Macy Thanksgiving Parade to be held in Seattle on Friday, November 26, at 9 a.m. The troop was selected out of 50,000 scouts in the Totem Council (which ranges from the Canadian border to the Pierce County/King County line and from the coastline to the Cascade Mountains) by responding immediately to an emailed invitation from Bon-Macy. The girls will be dressed in snowflake costumes and make-up provided by Bon-Macy. The parade will be broadcast on KING 5 television.

Alpac PTA president and Troop 2022 leader, Beth Hofman, says, “We are all so excited for this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.” Verla Lee and GeeDee Mercardo are also troop co-leaders. The following are the junior girl scouts in Troop 2022:
