Cindi Blansfield Awarded
"President's Distinguished Service Award"

On Friday, October 8, Cindi Blansfield, Auburn School District coordinator of Career and Technical Education, was awarded the "President's Distinguished Service Award" at the Washington State Business Education Association (WSBEA) Conference in Wenatchee.  Ms. Blansfield is a WSBEA member who has worked as a business education teacher and has also worked closely with the organization when she worked as the Business and Marketing Pathway supervisor for Career and Technical Education at the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.  Ms. Blansfield was instrumental in assisting the Washington State Business Education teachers with the development of new curriculum frameworks and the integration of National Business Education Standards into high school business education programs.
