• Family Income Survey & Consent to Share

    Additional Benefits

    Families may qualify for additional benefits (i.e. free ASB; free family pass for athletic events; free entry to school dances; College Bound Scholarship; tuition assistance for College in the HS courses; reduced/free test fees for AP, SAT, PSAT; scholarship eligibility; Running Start tuition/fee waivers) if they fill out a Family Income Survey and have an income at or below designated levels. The Family Income Survey is available though Family Access or paper and is also attached below in multiple languages.

    The second piece of the Family Income Survey is a consent to share income status with other programs such as athletics, field trips, extra-curricular activities, and College Bound Scholarship. Consent is required to be able to share and apply these benefits even between departments within our district.
