• COVID Leave Info Web Banner


     

  • As a benefit to ASD staff, the district will extend district-paid COVID leave to contracted employees who are either sick with COVID, experiencing symptoms of COVID and seeking a PCR test, experiencing symptoms from the booster (up to 2 days) or have been exposed and are instructed to quarantine. The leave must be approved through Human Resources and cannot exceed 10 days. Documentation will be required for those testing for COVID. The district reserves the right to deny leave to any individuals who do not follow the district masking, distancing guidelines, or “stay home when sick” guidelines. This leave is valid for the timeframe, June 28, 2021 through June 24, 2022. 

    If you have a need to apply for COVID leave, please complete the COVID-19 Leave Form. The district will include this form on the HR resources for staff page when it is launched. Please note you must be logged into your district Google account to access the form. 

    PLEASE NOTE: Written verification from a healthcare provider will be required to access leave related to COVID testing and leave for booster shots

    The leave request will be reviewed by an HR administrator who will reach out after eligibility is determined.
