Volunteer Coaching

All volunteers are required to complete an online application form.

Once you have completed the volunteer application please complete and submit your volunteer coaching form.

This form must be submitted after you have completed the online volunteer application.

Please complete the Volunteer Coaching Form and return it to the Auburn School District Athletic Office by emailing it to Brittany Barta (brbarta@auburn.wednet.edu).

The form will be shared with the school where you are requesting to volunteer coach. This serves as confirmation that the school and head coach are aware of your interest in volunteering.

District required online trainings need to be completed here using the link. 

Your username is created by the District Athletic Office. You will be notified of your username once you have completed the application process and have been approved to volunteer.

In addition to completing the online volunteer application, all volunteer coaches must submit a valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification issued by one of the following approved organizations:

• American Red Cross (Adult First Aid/CPR/AED) find a class here. 

• American Heart Association (Heartsaver Card) find a class here. 

This must be from a "hands on" course. Online-only or non-approved certifications will not be accepted.

Volunteer coaches will not be cleared until a valid CPR/AED and First Aid card is submitted and verified.

These are required for all coaches. You will complete these through the FinalForms. There is no need to print out any of these certificates. The buidling athletic director can verify completion and assist with access. 

Volunteer Coaches for Football, Swim and Dive, Pole Vault, Cheer, and Dance have other specialized required training.
