Private Party Reservations

About

The Auburn School District Pool offers private pool party reservations! All reservations are conducted over the phone or in person; all payments are made in person. During our Spring season, call ahead to place the reservation and our staff will help you find a time to come in person to secure your reservation. All payments must be made in full a minimum of seven days before the date of the reservation.

Details

When one secures a private party reservation at the ASD Pool, their reservation includes:

  • Exclusive* use of all public areas within the facility, including the public locker rooms, bleachers and pool area for the duration of the reservation.
  • Use of facility's flotation devices (i.e., floating pads, life jackets, innertubes)
  • Use of facility's water toys (i.e., blow-up and tennis balls, sinking retrieval toys, rubber ducks)
  • Upon request, within reason, up to two of our tables may be set up in the bleachers by staff in a configuration to suit your needs.
  • Lifeguards to supervise all activity for the duration of your reservation (quantity dependent upon reservation's party size).
  • Upon request, within reason, supervised use of facility's sound system (for playing music, announcing, etc.)

*Except in staff presence.

When one reserves a private party, they must disclose the total party size. Party size includes all individuals in the building (not just in the water). Total party size is used to staff your reservation safely.

One may choose to bring food to their reservation. If they do so, all food must stay in the bleachers and not enter the pool or locker room areas for health and safety reasons.

One may choose to bring toys and other supplies to their reservation. If they do so, all decorations and pool toys must be approved before use. The Party is responsible for removing all decorations used at the conclusion of their reservation.

All party members must obey staff directions and requests (within reason). If a party member disregards the direction of a lifeguard or other staff member and continues to refuse to comply, they may be asked to leave.
