All registration is conducted in person during designated registration periods. We do not offer any virtual payment options at this time.

Registering for the First Time

The individual completing registration must know and provide all of the following information:

Student Information

• Full name (first and family name)

• Age

• Swimming experience and current skill level

Primary Contact Information

• Full name (first and family name)

• Phone number

• Email address

• Home address

Emergency Contact Information

• Full name (first and family name)

• Phone number

Registering a Returning Student

The individual completing registration must provide:

• Student’s name

• Student’s age

• Primary contact information

In addition, the individual registering the student must pay the full session fee at the time of registration.

We’re Moving to a New Registration System!

To make signing up quicker and more convenient, we are transferring to a brand-new registration platform. The new system will make it easier to enroll and re-enroll your student in future swim sessions.

Please note that only students who participated with us Summer Season 2023 or later have already been moved into the new database.

If your swimmer attended prior to that time—no problem at all! We will still be able to sort your swimmer into the correct level. Just complete registration as prompted and our staff will assist with proper placement.

As we transition to our new registration system, every person enrolling for Winter Session will be treated as a new student. Although we have information for students who participated in Summer 2023 and later, each student’s primary contact will be required to sign a new waiver agreement. This will help streamline future registrations and make enrolling in future sessions faster and easier for everyone!
