Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application (CNEEB)

 Free School Meals 2022-2030
The Auburn School District has been approved to participate in the Federal Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) that provides school breakfast and lunch at no charge for all enrolled ASD students, regardless of family household income. We are so excited to offer healthy, nutritious meals to all ASD students.

Schools participating in Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) use the Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefit Application (CNEEB) form to gather important income data. The CNEEB form replaces the previous Family Income Survey form.

The CNEEB form helps to fund school programs, may waive school fees and qualify your family for other community programs.

The CNEEB form helps Families qualify for:

  • SUN Bucks EBT
  • Free ASB card
  • Free Athletics Family Pass
  • Waive fees for Field Trips

CNEEB helps our district get additional funding for school programs and academic resources such as:

  • Before and After school academic and enrichment programs
  • Learning Assistance Program (LAP)
  • Resources for classrooms and teachers
  • Additional School Support Staffing

Primary Family Guardians please take a moment to submit the CNEEB Form electronically by logging into your Skyward Family Access and then click the tiles named Food Service Application plus Consent to Share, follow the prompts on both tiles, review, then submit to finalize. Please allow up to 10 business days of processing time.
