Federal Survey for Impact Aid

Dear Families,
The Auburn School District qualifies for additional funding to support students when families report that they are federally connected. This additional funding is based on the number of students who live, or whose parents work, on tax exempt property, or are serving in the Uniformed Services as of Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Please complete the form, whether applicable or not, so the Auburn School District may apply for these funds.
Federally connected means:
- If you are active duty military
- You live in Burndale Homes, Northwood Square, or Firwood Circle
- You work on federal property (examples: Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration, JBLM, etc.)
- You live or work on federally recognized tribal land (examples: Muckleshoot, Puyallup, Snoqualmie)
Your completed, signed and dated form will become proof of the district’s eligibility in case of a federal audit. This year the form will be completed in ParentSquare. Since this form must be electronically signed it does require that you log into your ParentSquare account either via the mobile application or on a Chromebook or computer. If you need assistance with this, please contact your student’s school.
